Tour Times
Sea World Whale Watch tours depart twice daily during whale season. Allow at least 3 hours per tour.

Transfers
Sea World Whale Watch can arrange transfers to and from your Gold Coast accommodation house for an additional cost. Please call our ticketing desk on 1800 649 994 to arrange transfers.
Check-in
Check-in time is at least 30 minutes prior to tour departure time.
Remember
Before leaving home on the day of your whale watch tour please call the Sea World Cruise Terminal to check on sea conditions. Your tour may be cancelled due to rough seas or a high seasickness warning may be in place.
Where are we?
Sea World Whale Watch tours depart from the Sea World Cruise Terminal in the carpark outside Sea World at Main Beach, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Entry to Sea World is not required.
Seasickness
If you are prone to motion sickness or could be affected by adverse sea conditions we strongly recommend you take advice from a chemist prior to your whale watch cruise.
Passengers in Wheelchairs
Sea World Whale Watch provides full wheelchair access to the vessel and forward viewing decks and there is a disabled toilet on board. Passengers who require the use of a wheelchair during a whale watch tour must notify Sea World Whale Watch at least 24 hours before the tour to ensure our crew are prepared and the wheelchair passenger is not inconvenienced. Wheelchair stations on the vessel are limited to two per whale watch tour.
Medical Conditions & Pregnancy
If you have any mobility or medical problems or are pregnant and think you could be affected by adverse sea and weather conditions you must inform us when booking.
Children
If you are accompanied by children you are responsible for their safety and care at all times before, during and after the tour. Our tours travel into the open ocean and this can be a challenging environment for children. Children under 3 years of age are not permitted on Sea World Whale Watch tours for safety reasons.

Sea World Whale Watch will provide a full refund if your tour fails to sight a whale. Separate refund conditions apply to passengers who have purchased a Combo Ticket*.

Terms & Conditions
Child age is 3 to 13 years inclusive. For safety reasons Sea World Whale Watch do not allow children less than 3 years old on whale watching tours. Seniors must present an Australian or New Zealand Government issued Seniors Card with photographic ID. Sea World Whale Watch and its employees are not liable or responsible for any accidental injury to passengers or any loss or damage to personal possessions. Tours are subject to sea conditions and minimum passenger numbers and may change without notice. Tour times and prices subject to change.
CANCELLATION: Cancellations made within 24 hours of a booked tour will not be refunded. Separate cancellation conditions apply to group bookings.
REFUNDS: A full refund will be provided if Sea World Whale Watch cancel a tour*(separate conditions apply to Combo Ticket holders). A full refund will be provided if your whale watch tour fails to sight a whale*(separate conditions apply to Combo Ticket holders). No other refunds provided. Refunds provided at Sea World Cruise Terminal are for tickets purchased at this location only. All other refunds must be provided by the original seller of the ticket. Re-booking is subject to availability.
*SEA WORLD WHALE WATCH plus SEA WORLD ENTRY (COMBO TICKET): Sea World admission is valid only for the day of the booked Sea World Whale Watch tour or the day following. Sea World admission ticket is issued only at Sea World Cruise Terminal upon check-in for Sea World Whale Watch tour. Entire Combo Ticket invalid once refund provided. See above for refund policy. Passengers who purchase a Combo Ticket and choose to enter Sea World BEFORE their booked Sea World Whale Watch tour will not be refunded if the whale watch tour is cancelled or if a whale is not seen during the tour.
